Vetty Creations are publishers of quality step-by-step embroidery books focusing on step-by-step stitch dictionaries and historical whitework embroidery. We also publish whitework kits and patterns. Our areas of historical needlework specialty include Hardanger, Mountmellick and Merezhka embroidery.
We love embroidery stitches! A new area of focus for us are stitch dictionaries, particularly our ground-breaking left-handed stitch dictionary. As a left-handed teacher, I (Yvette) realised how much of a need there was for a comprehensive left-handed stitch dictionary, so I set about writing one. It has been much anticipated by left-handers around the world and is being received very enthusiastically! Amusingly, right-handers were jealous of the fabulous left-handed stitch dictionary and demanded their own, so our right-handed embroidery stitch dictionary is now available too!
